The Seedtime and Harvest Church staff is dedicated individuals and strive to always operate in the spirit of excellence. Our labor of love is committed to serving our Pastors and the Body of Christ at Seedtime and Harvest Church, and in fulfilling the vision of Seedtime and Harvest Church.

Christy Chavez is on the Executive Board for Seedtime and Harvest Ministries, Inc. dba Seedtime and Harvest Church, and assists Sr. Pastors with sensitive administrative projects.

Christy is the youngest daughter to Pastors Russell and Barbara and has been on staff since 1996. She and her family: Andre (husband), Tori (daughter), and Austin (son) are very involved in many facets of the ministry. Since Christy was sixteen years old, she has volunteered in the church office and other areas of the ministry. In addition to her staff position, Christy currently volunteers in PowerHouse (Children’s Ministry), ushers, and she and her husband are always willing to open their home for fellowship functions.

Cindy Valle is the Office Manager, Personal Assistant to Sr. Pastors, and maintains all computer data, software, and hardware. She has been a member of Seedtime and Harvest Church since September 1986 and on staff since March 1992.
 
Cindy and her husband also volunteer as coordinators for the New Member’s Class, and are the Missions Outreach Directors, which includes God Cares Center and Family Tree. It’s their hearts to desire to always be a blessing in whatever God calls them to do, and to remain faithful as God is faithful.
