I was raised on a farm in West Texas. My parents were hard workers, true to their word, with strong morals, and upheld to Godly principles. Their example instilled integrity and strong values within us, so even as a child I always stood up for what was right.

When I was growing up, I knew God was real and that He had his hand on my life, but what I didn't understand at that time was that God had a plan for my life.

In the late the 1970’s, while living in Northern, California, I was diagnosed with a life threatening illness and because my local doctors couldn’t find a cure for me, I was transferred to a hospital in Houston, Texas. I was alone and away from my family. After a lengthy time of rejecting the doctors’ suggestion of surgery, God intervened on my behalf. I had a miraculous encounter with God right in my hospital bed in Houston, Texas. Immediately following, I knew God had a plan for my life and from that moment on I was never the same. Through this encounter, I discovered “One word from God can totally change your life—forever!” (For details of my life changing testimony, you can read it in my book Coming Out of The Pit.)

As time went by, my husband Russell and I became more involved in our local church and it became more and more apparent we were called to full time ministry. So, right in the middle of our busy careers, I was the manager and buyer for my family’s upscale, specialty ladies apparel store, and Russell was employed by a large land transportation and communications conglomerate as a Marketing and Sales Executive, God interrupted our lives and sent us off to Bible school.

Following Bible School, God supernaturally brought us to San Diego, California and placed my husband and I as Senior Pastors to Seedtime and Harvest Church.

My husband and I have a heart to reach the Marketplace of the local cities in this nation as well as those globally. I am told I am a “fiery” preacher and when I minister I flow in a Prophetic anointing which brings about deliverance, victory, healing, and sets the captive free.
